HOW DO I COMMUNICATE WITH MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?
We are flexible! If you are comfortable with email over phone calls, we will abide. We are happy to suit your needs.
How are hours tracked?
Hours will be tracked on a daily basis by the assistant. Clients may request a time bill report at any time through the portal.
Are there any privacy concerns associated with using virtual assistants, and how can they be addressed?
We will only get involved where you want us to. Our contracts include a privacy policy which enforces your right to re-evaluate your preferences with us at any time.
WHERE ARE YOUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS LOCATED?
For now, we only work with clients right here in the USA.
Are virtual assistants capable of learning and adapting to user preferences?
Absolutely! We love to learn. If there is a platform you are most comfortable with, we are happy to guide you through it. Depending on the assistant and their availabilities a training fee may be applied if they have not yet used the platform- there are many out there.
